The frame forms the structural foundation of a sofa, so its material can make an important difference to how the furniture is built and how it feels in your home. Solid hardwood provides a strong, substantial structure while also bringing the natural grain and character of real timber into the design.

Hardwood frame sofas are particularly suited to homes where the sofa needs to coordinate with other timber furniture, such as coffee tables, side tables, entertainment units or shelving.

Start by measuring the available floor space and allowing enough room for walkways, side tables and other living room furniture. A 2 seater sofa is well suited to apartments and compact spaces, while a 3 seater provides more everyday seating without requiring the footprint of a larger lounge suite.

For larger living rooms or families that need extra seating, consider a 4 seater couch or a larger configuration. Always check the overall width and depth of the sofa as well as doorways, hallways and other access points before ordering.

Our sofa range includes designs using timbers such as oak, walnut, ash, beech and rubber wood, depending on the individual product. Each timber has its own grain, tone and visual character, allowing you to choose a sofa that coordinates with the rest of your living room furniture.

Always check the individual product specifications for the confirmed frame material, timber type and finish before purchasing, as construction varies between sofa designs.

Yes, selected sofa beds in the collection combine a practical sleeping function with solid timber construction. These designs can be useful for guest rooms, apartments and multipurpose living spaces where you want both everyday seating and additional sleeping space.

Because frame materials and bed mechanisms vary between models, check the individual product specifications for the confirmed timber, dimensions and sleeping configuration before choosing.
