9:30am to 5pm 7 days weekly!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discount varies by different ranges, we also have super discount for clearance items, which are discontinued products.

How long will the delivery take?

We can arrange following day delivery in Auckland. Anywhere in NZ North Island around 3 to 5 working days. Anywhere in NZ South Island around 5 to 7 working days.

Can I order online?

Yes, our webiste is full e commerce website supporting online orders.

Do you accept credit card or COD?

Yes, we take all major types of credit cards.

What is the lowest price you can possibly offer?

How do I purchase your furniture care products?

You can purchase furniture care products both online or on site.

What if the furniture is damaged upon delivery?

We use premium delivery service for all our orders, and all our furniture are covered by insurance during the transit.

Do I get a refund for lost and damaged furniture?

In case your order gets lost or damaged, we will deliver a replacement order to you!

Can I cancel my order?

We do not provide a refund for the reasons such as changing your mind after purchase or A return charges of 15% of the order value will apply if a customer cancel. However, if the goods are manufactured in faulty, you have 7 working days from delivery (the date on which you receive the items) in which to claim your order for replacement or repair. If you wish to do so, you need to email us within 7 working days from delivery. If any return or exchange accepted by us, they must be in the same condition as received. If the carriers or you open the box to look at the product, please ensure that you do not damage the packaging, box or the product. Please ensure that you re-package the items. All original packaging must be returned with the item.

What if I receive the wrong furniture?

If it is our mistake to send you wrong items, we will immediately send the replacement order and collect the wrong one back from you at our cost.

How do I make sure that I will be receiving the correct furniture?

All our factory packages have printed SKU number with product name, these should be the same on your invoices when you received the orders.

Is there a way to track the delivery?

Yes, we will provide you a tracking reference by email once your order is on the way.

Our delivery team works on Mon to Sat, 6 days weekly.

Do you accept furniture repair?

Yes, we accept solid wooden furniture repair jobs.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, we accept lay buy with free storage up to 180 days.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, All our wooden furniture comes with 24 months warranty, NZ sofas and NZ mattress come with 10 years warranty.
