What is the Pre Order Special Program (POSP)?

Pre Order Special Program (POSP) is designed for our customers to save most, we classified certain furniture products that we are not holding them in stock in our local depot in Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney and Melbourne, the order containing this items are required additional lead time before dispatch, generally in 8 to 12 weeks.

How Would POSP to Save on Your Budget?

This program is heavily reliant on our well stablished supply chain system we have built for decades. We load your orders into our weekly containers from our warehouse in China after your order is placed online or in store. On the arrival of your order in our local depots in Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney and Melbourne, your order will be dispatched directly to your home from your nearest depot in New Zealand and Australia. The stock of your order would not involve a storage related cost, we are passing on this part of benefit to you through our POSP system. Plan ahead, secure your must-have pieces, and take advantage of significant savings on premium solid hardwood furniture. The wait is well worth it.

Delivery Timeframe

If your order includes a Pre-Order item, the delivery time for the whole order will automatically follow the Pre-Order timeline unless otherwise arranged.

Orders with Both In-stock and Pre-Order Items

Orders containing both in-stock and Pre-Order items would be delivered together based on the latest estimated arrival date.

If you would like your in-stock items to be sent earlier, please contact customer service team sales@oakfurniturestore.co.nz to request separate delivery services. Additional delivery charges may apply because the standard shipping quote is based on one shipment only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping quotes apply to a single shipment only. If multiple deliveries are required, customers may need to place separate orders or pay additional shipping charges.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Items purchased under the Pre-Order Special Program are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable consumer law or where goods are faulty. Please be aware of we areΒ unable to offer cost-free cancellations or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or changing personal circumstances after purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives in faulty or damaged conditions, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution. The policy text states damage should be reported within 24 hours in some sections and within 5 working days in others, so it would be best to standardize this before publishing.
